Come join our growing breath community. Learn and receive support to sustain a daily breathing practice.
What happens in a typical meetup:
There are anywhere from 6 to 12 people in the circle, a mix of new people and returnees. We begin with an opening mediation followed by a brief check-in. We teach or review how to do the basic circular breath - the foundational breathing technique for a daily practice. After questions and discussion, we breath on mats to music for about 30 minutes. We end with people sharing their experience in the circle.
