Exploring The Breath on Zoom

Come join our breath community. Learn and receive support to sustain a daily breathing practice to relieve stress and open to flourishing in your life.

No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Occurring on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6:00 pm Central Time, 7:00 Eastern Time

Free of charge during the pandemic.

Here's what we do each time:

  • An opening meditation or guided imagery

  • A "check-in" where you can share as much or as little of where you are - in this moment - as your arrive in the circle.

  • Teach the Basic Circular Breath to anyone who is there for the first time.

  • Breathe to calming music for 30 minutes.

  • Go around the circle to share as much or as little of your experience as you would like.

  • A closing

TOTAL TIME: 60 to 90 minutes
