Here's what we do each time:
An opening meditation or guided imagery
A "check-in" where you can share as much or as little of where you are - in this moment - as your arrive in the circle.
Teach the Basic Circular Breath to anyone who is there for the first time.
Breathe to calming music for 30 minutes.
Go around the circle to share as much or as little of your experience as you would like.
A closing
